Faculty choir celebrate International Women's day - in song

The women’s choir from The Faculty sang two songs today as part of International Women’s day.  The women's choir is Annete Schlosser, Angela Poat, Wendy Darnell, Mary Laurenson, Jane Tagzhouit, Julie Santy-Tomlinson, Helen Sisson and Zoe Wilkes.  

The songs were:  'True Colours' and 'You’ve Got a Friend'.

'True Colours' was originally sang by Anne Murray, a Canadian singer whose albums have sold over 54 million copies worldwide as of 2012; she was the first Canadian female solo singer to reach No. 1 on the U.S. charts.

'You’ve Got a Friend' was written and sung by Carole King.
