Dr Jane Wray and Professor Mark Hayter (Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences) have been appointed Fellows Ad Eundem of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, at the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland. Fellowship Ad Eundem is prestigious award that is conferred by the Faculty on individuals in recognition of their work and achievements in nursing and midwifery and/or their contributions to nursing/midwifery/healthcare, education and/or research.
At a virtual Conferring Ceremony which took place on Monday 14 December 2020 at 3pm, Professor Michael Shannon, Dean, Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery said “I pay tribute to all our new Fellows. This is a very proud day for each of you and your families. The Faculty is delighted to have such wonderful ambassadors representing clinical practice, management, leadership, education and research as its Fellows”.
